It is an entire package of employee benefits communications and administration—tailored to meet your specific business needs
Given rising health care costs, some companies are cutting back on their health care packages just to maintain the cost of their major medical programs. Voluntary plans are a way to enhance a benefits package at no cost to the employer. These benefits are employee-paid and can be pre-taxed.
Voluntary plans are designed to help with out-of-pocket expenses that occur with a serious illness or accident. They can help to fill in gaps of major medical plans or offer affordable insurance to those who have no other coverage.
